We at Nasobuddy, as parents ourselves understand your need for speedy delivery. So we use our warehouse and courier partners across India  to deliver your products as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-5 business days within India. Next day delivery is available in certain metro cities.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled BEFORE DISPATCH.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

We at Nasobuddy work hard to the most safe and efficient products that help you and your baby. 

 Every single product is designed and manufactured to work for its intended purpose. All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defect. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers happiness in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

In the rare case of manufacturing defect or damaged goods on transit, Nasobuddy's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

Once we receive your return, our team will do the product check at our end and if it's as per our return policy we will offer a full refund.

But, if it's outside our return policy we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you.
